Installing rear AGX's

Does anyone know if the adjuster dial needs to face inward or outward or does it not matter? The instructions that came with the shocks don't say anything about it.

Face them towards in inside of the car, that way you can adjust them without dropping the wheel.

The dial needs to face the inside of the car. It will not clear the trailing arm if installed facing out.
