Installing Ground Control Coilover
I'm putting my Ground Control setup together (used) and have a few questions since I don't have the instructions. And since I don't have a camera, see pictures from 87GTR's website.
For the front struts, I know I have to machine the top of the Tokico Blues that I have to fit the camber plates. Does the strut shaft come in contact with the pillowball without any bushings or anything? If you look at the picture below, you will see the spacer-like piece, which I assume to be the washer for the strut nut. Mine didn't come with that washer, do I have to use a washer that tall or just any washer that fits will work?
For the rear, I tried assembling the parts together, but everything at the mount seemed... loose. What order am I supposed to put things together? Am I supposed to use TWO circular plates like shown in the picture? I only have one plate for each shock.

You are missing a LOT of parts for the fronts.
There is supposed to be a Torrington needle bearing and a washer for it.
You're totally missing at least those pieces.
