I have a 15inch red light underneath my fender. Very nice looking.. When my hoods up at night it looks like my engines coming from hell.

 

under the car yes but in the car would bother me

 

I used to have neon on my old 83 (big pimpin yo). I decided to take it off the same time as my back window that I tinted with black spray paint . I had it wired to a switch, that I accidently kicked on before going into work (neon is kinda illegal here). Sooo I came out to leave from work and there were 5 cop cars all around my car and I had to wait a few damed hours till they left...end story, I wished I never spent the money on it kinda like magazines...

But if it makes ya happy for the time being go for it, congrats!

But seriously, I only use "rice" to describe that look of cars (hondas w/ clear lights and coffee can exhausts), it is not a degenerative remark or at least not intended to be. It is just a word to describe the apperance of a car. Nothing more.
