I smoke at idea a lot too. Especially bad idea. Bad idea just the opposite of good idea. Good idea would be to download the free, online, factory service manual and find the idea in dem pages of that der book. And vacuum push things are bad, real bad. They shouldn't be so pushy. Nay, nay, no ideas here.
I'll bet some **** moderator deletes this post.

i dont know what the 6-port actuators look like it was two things both angled at about a 45° and they sit right about the heat shielding around the manifold i had to remove them to get to hte manifold and replace the gasket if they are the 6 port actuators what do they do? maybe they are going bad bc i had a bad problem with smoking but at high RPMS like 5500 and up but not its even at low RPMs its like it burning way to rich

You're fairly close to Rotary Performance but if you're die hard dedicated to do it yourself then do a lot more research. These boards are invaluable with the amount of information that can be found here, but it takes a lot of searching and a lot of reading.
Changing a gasket obviously shouldn't have caused your car to smoke. I'd suggest you retrace your steps and see if you find something not connected right. Also, do a lot more reading on the 5th and 6th ports, you'll find that they do nothing but help you get more power as long as they're in good working order.
Maybe some more information could help us try and figure out what it is that the car is smoking on. What color is the smoke? What's it smell like? Is your car eating coolant or oil?

Rotary Performance is IN Dallas, Tx. They have a online site at http://www.rx-7.com/
Buy yourself a Haynes manual for your car at say, PePBoys. Or better download the Factory Service Manual from the FAQ thread at the beginning of this site.
They auxillary ports work off Pressure from the exaust pipe. There is an approx 3/16 inch pipe located just below the Split Air Pipes Check Valve that supplies the pressue TO the piping around the auxillary port actuators.
The actuators have a piston on top of them. You should be able to, with your thumb, to shove the piston in a downwards direction. If you can't, then they are frozen.
On a functiuonal set of auxillary actuators you should be able to put a vacuum hose on the pipe that feeds the actuators and blow into the vac hose and make the actuators rod retreat into the actuator.

By the way, they are not the cause of ANY smoking problem with the engine.
EDIT: RP is not located in Dallas. It's in Garland, Tx, both are suburbs of Ft Worth, Tx.
