This may sound like a stupid question but are their any fuses inside of the car, like a fuse that would power the windshield wiper or a radio? and if so where is this located, I cannot seem to find it, and my lack of a windshield wiper/radio is bothering me.

holy hell that thing is hidden well haha. thanks now do you know which one of those would possibly power inside things like wiper and radio?

 

2nd row up, 2nd from last. for wiper.
it may also be a problem with the switch itself. a very common problem in these cars.

audio fuse is bottom left.
