Is there a difference between the passanger and driver side inner tie rods? if so can I run them as the same one?

There is only one inner tie rod part number, unless it is a 1986-88 manual rack, in which case, the right side is different.

There is also a very handy tool you can rent from autozone/advance/oreilley,etc... for the inner tie rods. I would also recommend replacing the outer rods as well even if they arent loose. It's always good to replace all tie rods together and get an alignemnt done.
