Injector Wiring

Well heres the deal, the ECU has lots of unlabeled wires going into it, some not soldered with electrical tape around some and some just bare. Not sure if thats the issue but all four injectors are getting fuel (sprayed me in the eye from not enough pressure relief the other night) and all four have proper reststance. All four share a common positive source that is energized by a circuit opening relay to the battery and all 4 get positive when the ignition is turned on. The ECU then sends ground the injectors to control firing but for some reason even though all injectors are properly hooked to the ECU they never get the ground signal to fire. I know this is true because when I stethed the injectors while cranking the motor there isnt so much as one click. If you inject a little gas into the inake manifold with a syringe the motor will crank and run for a few moments then die again. Any input?

Check and see if the CAS is plugged in.

Sure enough my voltage tester shows that with the key on each injector gets solid positive voltage. Also each injector has the other wire which goes to the ecu. All four of these wires are continuos from the injector to ecu. The ECU grounds a wire from a particular injector to fire it and controls how long the injector is grounded to vary fuel pulse duration. For some reason even though all the wires go to the ecu, the ECU is not pulsing any injectors not even once. Not on the voltmeter, not on the stethescope. Its strange. the only other thing I considered was that the ECu only pulses injectors as long as it sees a crankshafts position sensor reading which is tied in with the ignition sytem. The crankshaft position sensor tells the ignition when to fire but the ignition is fine, it will even run the car if gas is injected manually into the intake plenum.
