Chassis 550169 and above use high resistance injectors.

From what you wrote *New thru Chassis Number 550168* those sound like low resistance injectors for CERTAINLY NOT YOUR CAR. The 88's should have chassis later than 550168 therefore those Beck Arnley 158-0292 are not for your car.

Who are you ordering thru???? Just curious. Nothing wrong with Beck Arnley.

Re Injectors

Where is the chassis number?
Is it part of the VIN?

Aren't those eBay injectors for a non-turbo?

It's a placard on near the wiper motor or also on the left dash. The numbers might look like this: JM1FC3314H0512086. It's the last six NUMBERS that they are talking about. Notice the number I wrote has numbers less than 550169, so it has low resistance injectors.

If you have a REAL 88 model, then you can be assured you have/get HIGH resistance injectors. Thru 550168 would NOT include your car.
