injector/resistor pack questions
i was mistakenly sold 2 hi-z injectors for my low-z car, so i have a pair of each impedence. i have a few of questions regarding this.
first, i know that the entire resistor pack can be unplugged, but i'm under the impression that if i only need to remove 2 that i need to cut the actual resistors out and splice a wire within the pack, yes?
i have some coated braided copper 12 or 14ga, can i use this?
would you reccommend using crimp-on connectors or soldering?
and finally, is it easy to trace the individual injector leads from the pack to the plugs or will it be hard figuring out which two resistors to cut out?
now, a general injector question...two are fairly well-used stock 550cc (low-z) ones, and two are pretty brand new denso 550cc(high-z). is there any reason to use one set over another as either primaries or secondaries? if two have higher flow and/or are better matched should this influence where they go? (they were all cleaned and tested by witchhunter, and i believe all 4 recieved their top rating after servicing).
i know there's quite a few questions here, but i've done quite a bit of searching and didn't come accross anything, and i want to do this the right way, so any help is appreciated. thanks.
