Injector resistance question

Ok... So in the long drawn out quest to find out why my car will not idle, I've decided to test my resistors. I can only get to the top ones atm because I have to be at work soon and don't want to rip the motor apart just yet. I did read somewhere that there were both high and low resistance resistors used so I'm a little confused... I have 2 complete sets of injectors: One from a parts car, and the other I got when I bought the car. From the parts car and my car I'm getting around 12.5ohms (thats the top injectors, btw). The ones I got with the car are around 2.0 - 2.5. Either I have a bunch of crap injectors, or a mix of high/low. What I'm looking for is the resistance values if I have the high resistance ones. The haynes says like 1.5 - 3.0. I have one set of those. What about the other ones?

Read the FAQ.

If your car is an 86-87 1/2, you need injectors with 2-3 ohms. If you are 88+ , you need the ones with 12 ohms. If you're not sure, there is a factory resistor pack on the 86-87 1/2 cars near the front passenger side.
