is it possible to use 88 high imp injectors on a 87 low imp engine>? is it a mod? are the plugs differnt?

 

All you have to do is splice all five wires at the solenoid resistor together. If the injector plugs don't match the new injectors......just buy the proper injector plug with pigtail from PEPBOYS, AUTOZONE etc, and splice them into the current wiring at the injectors.
