Injector questions
I have an 88 turbo ll ported and I have a friend who is going to supply me with some new injectors. I can get them in any size from 400cc to 1200cc. I wanted to know if anyone has some advise to what size to up grade to? and should I upgrade all four injectors the same rating or go with a low primary and high secondary set up and if I should do that what should the primary / secondary combo be. I have no expesive mods just a k & n set up and I have an after market blow off valve with 12 lbs boost, and fuel has been rewired, 3 inch pipe from the turbo straight back to 2 2 1/2 pipes straight out, 2 msd's, timing as been manualy altered and I removed the hatch doors and all glass, and have a ford pick-up aluminum drive shaft , and took the aluminum rail off a vet and modified it for my car to hold the trans to the differential. I moved the engine back 2 inch and I replaced all parts with custom made fiberglass parts and pulled a mid 11 runn with good reaction with stock injectors.

injectors
well when I said stock I meant I think they have the cc rating of stock, I am not sure of there cc rating so thats why I am putting new ones on. They arent stock they are from haltec. but anyway I need to know what would be a good combo, all 4 injectors the same or lower primary and higher secondarys. and whats a good cc rating cobo also , if you know.

hmm
Have you upgraded your fuel pump yet?
I am planning to upgrade my car to 12 psi, re-enforce the frame and the engine mounts etc. I am planning to keep the 550cc primaries and go with 850cc secondaries (something to that effect). I don't think that you need much more fuel for 12psi
My friend runs 1200cc secondaries and 720cc primaries on his N/A Monster Bridge Port (crazy).
But I don't really care to have to much boost, after I install my motec ECU and upgraded fuel pump with the 550/850 combo, along with the RB full turbo II exhaust system (+59HP ish), FM intercooler, Fluidyne Radiator, (possibly upgraded water pump), bigger oil cooler (posibillity depending on ideal operating temperature for the turbo), engine detailing with a black/red color scheme, sets of tires for drag racing, set of tires for auto-cross/road circuit, I am keeping my 2mm apex seals, with my already widened intake and exhaust ports, BOV, etc. I will be running maybe 12psi on the stock turbo for racing and restrict it to 6psi for regular driving. (I make 6-8 right now depending ont he air).
