injector question

injector question

1990 turbo rx7.. intake,fcd, full rb turbo back exhaust including dp.
and 20b cosmo pump..other than that stock motor..

whats the biggest sized injectors i can put on the secondaires before i need a afc? but at the same time wont lean out..

Pardon me for butting in and not answering your question, but could you tell me how high your boost is? Please? Not capable of answering the afc.......yet.

you'll need a safc if you go bigger than stock. cause you need to adjust them and your fuel curve with it. the ecu will just think thier stock and run em at that duty cycle.

i would go either 2 720's or maybe even 850's

well im only going to push 10 lbs the most. the pop off valve is set to 10.5 psi.. my situation is.. the guy put in the fuel pump and i dont know what size injectors he put in..he was told by a rx7 specialst that all i need was the pump and bigger injectors.. should i tell him to order in the apex afc?

any thoughts? thanks..

10psi on the cosmo pump is probably fine by itself. no need for injectors. get yourself an EGT gauge and rewire the pump.

i always like to be on the safe side. do you have an a/f or egt gauge? you can probably tell if you need any more fuel with one of those. see how your a/f mixture is around 10psi.

scott89t2: how does the blitz bov sound? loud?

it's louder then the RB exaust and I'm not running much boost at all. 6-8psi. boost controller is in the mail then it'll be louder.
