Injector Options for 1988 S4

My primary injectors seem to have gone bad on my 88' S4 NA, I have the high impedance injectors. I've looked online for a replacement and I can only find low impedance injectors or 550cc turbo injectors. What are my options for new primaries? I can't seem to find anything brand new that are 460cc and high impedance, can I throw the lows into my high car?

You can also run low impedance injectors with in-line resistors. Just adding an option.

The connectors have near zero resistance. in-line resistors in between the injector connectors and ecu, ~10 ohms allow for running low impedance injectors when the ecu expects high impedance. So they would take up a few inches in the power or ground wires for the injectors.
