Can anyone tell me what the INHIBITOR SWITCH does?? I also need to know where it is on the tranny,and if anyones dealt w/this before,how I get it off and replaced!! PLease people my car hasnt ran in 2 months 'cause of this damn thing,and the chiltons doesnt say a freaking word about it at all!!!!!

seems to be only a automatic transmission problem. I couldn't find ANYTHING as far as manuals and this inhibitor switch go. Decided to take a glance a little further and what the hell do you know I found it. If you want me to retype anything because you can't read it, just ask.
I looked in Electronics section and Manual has Clutch Switch and Autos have Inhibitor Switch
