There is a guy selling them in SoCal. Asking $800 for the pair I believe. Very nice seats, I'd love to have a set.

Very expensive
Very rare
Very old

I'm sure you could find something just as nice brand new for less money.

id love them just because of what they are and being original. However if the seats are 800 used and they dont recline, and i can spend less for better racing seats then i guess there not worth it

So you are saying that corbeau a company that makes FIA certified racing seats that recline arent really racing seats?

Not all cars are strictly race cars, probably 95% are street cars and some people prefer some comfort.

I'm hard pressed to find any aftermarket seats that really fit the style of the FC better than stock or the Infini IV seats.

In case you misunderstood, we're talking about street cars, not race cars. Who mentioned "racing" seats?

awesome seats being recaro.
But yeah, the japanese market seats are usually tiny for the smaller japanese people. Plus they are 14 year old seats. But japanese cars usually get driven a lot less, and an infini is somewhat of a special model so maybe even less mileage.
I know ive seen some FCs w/ very nice seats, so its more of a previous wear issue than any. Although you get the nice low wear passenger seat as your driver seat Sort've evens things out.
ok ill stop blabbering on now.

Very good point about the low wear passenger seat becoming the driverside seat! I didnt even think of that.

What are those seats made out of?

Also, I'm a big fan of the S4 GXL's leather seats.

I wonder how these compare

sorry, i just think its stupid to suggest that you could find a reclinable seat that would hold you in as well as those infini recaros. i have a reclinable bride copy right now, and it doesnt hold me in half as well as the non reclinable sparco's, recaro's, etc. that i have sat in. i understand some ppl might not need to to be that snug in their cars, im just saying for me it doesnt cut it. im trying to save for a decent non reclinable right now, and transfering over the bride copy to passenger side. anyone need stock seats :p. oh and those seats are nice, but i agree with whoever said that you could get better, newer seats without the "jdm tax".

thanx diagoro....you're right these seats don't hold even if you talk nice to them....hehee, but you don't need a seat to hold you. Just get a cute girl next to you while you're drifting, and see what holds on to you the best.
