If you want some credit, you should post what type of performance mods it has.

 

I posted all the mods I have @ beg of the thread, I noticed a huuuge difference after the kn filter

 

Well, a 4" exhaust tip. is not a performance mod.. and will not make the car faster.. A k&N air filter might get you ~5hp..


So you might be around 180rwhp and the car probably weighs ~3300lbs because of your stereo and your weight.


So the fastest you could run would be a 15.35 with those stats...

Dude, a K&N drop-in filter and a big wing is not going to make you faster than a 3rd gen.

You have 200 bhp (ok, add 2 hp with the drop in). A 3rd gen has 255 bhp stock.

 

Maybe his liscense plate should read "EX-MAZDA." I doubt it's recognizable as an RX-7 anymore... =P

he ran a 13.1 @ the track and I pulled on him as soon as I hit 2nd, he was shocked, I also beat a 98 vr6 jetta that had tons done to the engine

 

I think you need to find out what was actually done to your car, not just cosmetics.

Uh...did ANYONE else see the "cut springs for lowering" part? Please, dont do that. It will kill your suspension and you'll probably wreck that car going around a turn in your "fast car". And dont believe an air filter will give you 5+hp. It breathes easier, sounds louder, and only gives you a bit more response. That doesn't equal 15 hp, like they guarantee. I can see you have been disgracing hondas so now you thought getting a mazda would redeem you....
