my 88 turbo II is on its way home from ca.my brother is bringing it and i was wondering what i should do to my car to make the sucker fast iwant to hit 13's

If you only want to go in the 13's... All you SHOULD NEED is Exhaust, High flo or Gutted cat, Downpipe, Cone Intake,TID, ECU Upgrade (or equivlent). What you probably should have with this setup is, a Ported Waste gate, Boost Controler, Front Mount Intercooler... THEN if you have the FMIC you may as well go bigger turbo, ect,ect,ect......
