Unmolested car in nice condition--it's going to be my daily driver. I'm giving $3200 for it.

It was this, or a 1988 BMW 750iL V-12 with 160K miles.

I would of got the V12.

 

Unless you really like 7's or something - the beamer may be a better vehicle for a daily driver. Though my second gen has been very reliable, had it for about a year and it hasn't pooped out on me yet.

The BMW is probably faster as well.

But yeah, jwolff, you'll love it. Some people may say that $3200 is a little steep in the price for an N/A, but for a s5 (89-91) I'd say it's relatively decent.

I had a '90 GXL about three years ago. It was fun.

I've also had a 98 Corvette and an 02 Subaru WRX. I reallize the 7 will be a clunker compared with those cars, but again, I'm not making payments again until the wife is at least six months pregnant.

Then, it's an anthracite gray 2001 BMW 740i with the sport package. And yes, a payment to match...

 

Well there is a lot you can do to a 7 to make it not a clunker, and it's goot to see you know a bit about cars. I'll have to say, 7's are not for beginners! I learned the hard way. Hahaha
