ignition system problems
Ok we have checked all grounds, ecu, coils, etc. and we cant get the rex to show any sign of fire, plug wires are fine, plugs are fine, is their ANYTHING else that could be causing this? we checked the thing under the trailing coil and it had no effect, still no start, ive searched for weeks trying to figure out whats going on and have a ton of wrench time in on this and its driving me and my friend nuts, anymore help that can be offered would be awesome, thanks...

Did you just rebuild this engine?
How good is the housing-to-housing electrical conductivity?
I only bring this up because you say everything else is checked/good. If you think "what the heck" and want to troubleshoot it, make a couple of heavy gauge (at least 12 AWG) jumpers with ring terminals at each end, maybe 6" long apiece, and bond the housings together by installing the jumpers between each housing, making sure the rear side housing is in the "loop" (the one that should have the main ground attached to it). Find a bolt/ screw at each housing that will secure the bonding jumpers in place.
For instance, bond the front side housing to the front rotor housing, bond the front rotor housing to the center housing, and on and on...
Alternatively, you could just bond both rotor housings to the rear side housing...
Try it again- anything?
