Ignition System/Coil Suggestions

My FC works fine one day. and I do nothing to it at all, right. Then today I just started it again and it was running and idling extremely crappy, and it'd randomly cut out and it idled high, and finally it'd sputter on WOT. My friend with a TurboII GTU said to check my coils and I "checked" them and they appear to be fine. We take his trailing coil from his FC and put it in mine and suddenly the sputter on WOT issues go away but I still don't have a tach and it idles high.

I'm positive that..

High idle = TPS Adjustment
No Tachometer = Some loose cable on the trailing coil, but I checked all the connections
Sputtering on WOT = Trailing Coils (mebbe replace leading too?)

What would you guys recommend? My friend claims it'd be a good idea to replace the entire ignition system, coils, wires, (I already did spark plugs).

The leading plugs do most of the work, I would check out those coils as well.

Same as the above post. Trail do very little and I doubt it could cause your problem at all. Unless you had the trail sparkplug wires on backwards. THEN it would cause your problem.

I didn't switch the wires, I had T1 on the top of the front rotor, and T2 on the top of the rear rotor. So new trailing coils didn't have anything to do with it? I'm actually confused now.
