Ignition switch not working

Ignition switch not working

Well I would have looked at an FSM but www.iluvmyrx7.com is down...

Hers is the problem. You know how there are 2 wires running from the car to the starter, one that always gets 12V(big one) and the small one that gets fed from the ignition switch. Well that small one isnt working, its not getting power. I tested that clutch switch and thats not getting power either. So im tracing the problem back to the ignition switch or the wiring.

BTW, I bought this car with a blown engine and it was kinda torn apart already, so I have no clue what used to work and what didnt.

Im trying to figure out from what terminal on the ignition switch gets fed 12V, because I tested those ones soldered to the ignition switch and 1 of them gets 12V with key in start position. Just trying to see from there how the wiring runs over to the clutch switch.

just throwing out a idea.. possibly clean the contacts... mabee a bad fuse somwere

nah i found it, the wire by the trailing coil wasnt connected
