ignition problems

i have a 88 turbo ii and just stuck n a motor and am having ignition problems its not getting any spark and the coils read good according to the factory service manual. if any 1 can help me i would sure appreciate it

Do you have 12V to the coil? At the CAS? Does the tach bounce?

That little guy generates its own power through magnetic fields, much like a mini permanent magnet generator. All 4 wires coming from it are output wires to the ECU...

We go through this so often (ignition problems), it would probably be better to search, because all of the likely troubleshooting steps have been covered hundreds of times...You'll find a lot of good ideas from a lot of different people that way also

Check the ENGINE FUSE. And in anticipation of the question (where is the engine fuse).....its in the fuse box. (partial humor)
