Your question is a bit vague - does the car crank, but not actually start? When you turn the key, does nothing happen? Break it down farther.

Turn the headlights on. Then try to start the car. Do the headlights dim when you try to start.??
Probably not the from what you wrote. Jack the car up safely. Get under and look at the starter. It should have one small wire on the solenoid. Is that wire on good???? Wire on good, ok then get your meter out, pull the wire off and put your positve lead on the wire and the negative on a good ground. Have someone try to start the car while you look at the meter. Does the meter show approx 12v when the key is turned to start????? Yes or no. Yes you say? With the car out of gear and made safe, get a piece of wire witht the two ends bare. Touch one to the small blade on the solenoid and the other on the large wire on the solenoid. The starter turned or did not turn. Which?????????? Turned the motor over? Then your interlock sw on the clutch is corrupt, maybe. That could be true or false. If you have never had to press the clutch to start the car, forget that interlock idea.
One of my favorites for fixing this is a single black wire and connector that exits the engine fuse box and has a single connector about six inches below the engine fuse box. See if its intact. Demate and remate it and try againg starting the car.
Do you have theft protection on your car????? You do? Get rid of the car or the theft device.
