Idling Issues

The car starts fine cold or hot no issues there, the issue I'm having is the idling.
After the car has been started hot, it idles around 2K rpm and after 15-20 seconds it just dies unable to keep the idle. As I try to give it some gas slowly it will idle up high, if I give it gas a bit faster it stalls on me. As the car idles it is somewhat hesitant, not to bad but I can notice some inconsistencies with the idle, at higher rpm's it seems to go away.
What could be the case, I've looked into the TPS sensor (common source) although I could not find anything wrong with it. I tried following the procedure with adjusting it but I cant get any voltage readings from the green 3 pin plug by the air filter. I also couldn't find the screw that is supposed to be the adjustment screw on the TPS sensor itself.

I haven't adjusted the dashpot yet just cause I'm unable to keep a idle.
I also put in 100 to 1 premix of TC-W3, new plugs and new O2 sensor.

You may get more help if you provide the model year as well as previous problems
Well the first thing i would do is make sure your plug wires are on the right way.
Then I would make sure your new o2 sensor is plugged in all the way.
Did the o2 sensor have a piggy back on it, or did you have to cut something to connect it?

The TPS itself doesn't have a screw sticking in to it.
The TPS is attached to a screw via a 'plunger'. The 'plunger' is effected by a screw, which then adjusts the TPS.

Check the TPS using the OHM method.
Then check the TPS by reading the voltage from the ECU

I would then check the AFM and make sure it has not been tampered with.

If the car has had an engine fire, you may have a short wire, or a short on the ecu.
If the car has sat for a long time, your fuel injectors may be leaking or clogged.

If this only recently started happening, meaning that it 'ran fine just last week', it may be a sensor problem.

Depending on the year you can see if the computer is 'throwing codes'
The s4 diagnostic checker is in the engine bay
The s5 is done by the check engine light in the car

I have an 88 S4, how do I obtain trouble codes manually?

On the front of the throttle body is where you will find the throttle linkage and part of this linkage lies a flat head screw surrounded by a spring. This is the TPS adjusting screw. With the car fully warmed up you take a voltage reading w/key to "on" from the Green/Red wire found in the three wire TPS plug. Turn the screw with a light touch until the voltage reads 1 volt.
