ok so it does the rev up to 2000 to warm up but as soon as it does that which isn't 17 seconds its more like 6 it immediatly stalls what the hell is going on someone please help me

 

Start the car with it in gear.

 

First look for a vacuum leak in the intake plumbing.
(loose fitting, hose off, crack in plastic or rubber parts)

Does your TB still have the thermo-wax coolant circuit and fast idle cam?
If so - it's may need adjustment.

I'll bet it's a vac leak..

 

Ha, i feel your pain. I just recently fixed an exhaust leak and now when my car idles it sounds like I have a bridgeport.
