Idle question

when i start my car, the tach jumps to 3 grand (faster warm up thing), but doesn't dip down to a normal 800 ish rpm for like 20 min. it hovers around 1200 1600 rpm untill the engine is at normal operating temp. could this indicate a bad o2 sensor or should i be worried?

remember you dont have a BAC, no emission which help the idle a little bit.
