Idle problems still! Help
Ok I replaced both lim and uim gaskets.Grounded the boost sensor,Engine two fire wall ground, alternator, secondary injectors,Cleaned the ground next to the oil filter black wire with yellow stripe I believe it's the batt ground.I also replaced the transistor in my ecu for the bacv. The car still has a crappy Idle and dies when you turn on the lights?Could my transistor have burned out again? What causes the transistor to burn out in the first place?I screwed with the hex bolt on the end of the bacv.the bac wasnt holding a vacuum so I turned the hex bolt till it held a vaccume. What dose that hex bolt do?I also noticed that the reliefe selinoid valve is clicking kind of weird. So I switched it out with another valve.Still Idles like crap and dies.As far as my 3800rpm bump goes it's not as bad since I grounded my boost sensor yeh.I want to redo all the ecu grounds can anyone tell me where to get the info for this? Thanks in advance oh yeh the car is a 86n/a fc3

The relief solenoid is controlled by the TPS setting. When the TPS is set right, there will be a ground on the rellief solenoid to pull it in. If its clicking, thats because the ECU is sending/not sending a ground to the Relief solenoid. It sounds like the tps needs to be set/adjusted. Screw the tps screw until you have one volt on the green/red wire on the tps connector. Done. Oh, fully warmed up engine first.
