Idle problems still did a search and tested parts

Ok so I took out the bac valve and tryed to suck on the intake hose to the bac.diod not hold a vaccume.cleaned the bac with carb cleaner, rinsed with pb blasterHooked it up to 12volts clicked..Still did not hold vaccume.I noticed when I tryed to blow thru the bac that alittle air would escape thru the back out of the opening that bolts to the tb.So I got board and took a allen wrench and turned the hex bolt on the end of the bac facing the front of the car just untill no air leaked past the seal.I put the thing back together and the car will Idle not that great but dies when I turn on the lights and hit the brakes.Did I adjust the bac wrong? too far in?I have also put in a new transistor for the bac into the ecu no difference.I also noticed that when I rev the engine the rear aux port sleeve rod rattles?Vaccume leak? Can the little o-rings in the aux sleeve rods leak?Where can I get new ones? Can I use any other o-ring in it's place? Also when you remove the ac pump what do you do with the wires that go to the pump?Ground them out?Tape them off?I'm gonna take a ride to the junkyard to day and try to get a spare tps and bac.The car is a 86fc n/a gxl or so it says on the regg.Ps the car has brand new alt, batt, plugs, wires, injectorsand seals,Lim and uim gasket, fuel filter,The tps was adjusted with two light tester with coupler jumped also the Idle with jumper wire in place..Than you

Wow - you have checked everything except..
Grounds?
The ECU uses low voltage signals from sensors (like the TPS & the boost sensor).
Most of these sensors have their own ground wires, but if the primary grounds are the least bit weak, the sensor grounds pick up the noisy spark and alternator loads also. The ECU tries to compensate & goes nuts.
The firewall to bell housing ground just clips on. Replacing it with a heavy gage wire with eyelets & bolts is a good start.
I have also seen improvements by adding a boost sensor mount to engine ground, and another from the spark coil mount to the alternator frame.

I did the engine to fire wall ground, boost sensor to strut tower ground.Neg bat cable to engine ground ie behind the oil filter.I want to do the ecu grounds but dont know what wires I should ground.Ps I used radio shack wire taps to do the boost sensor ground,Didn't want to strip the factory wire.
