idle problems in my s5

i havent figured out why my car idles really rough. i starts up and runs fine. after you drive it for a minute or so it start to idle rough. its not extremely bad but its like a miss. compression is fine. timing is right. it will run pretty good above an idle but sometimes it just doesnt have all the power it has other times. i checked the tps and i set the one you adjust with the bolt that has the spring and the nut on the other side to 1k ohms at closed throttle. I could figure out how to adjust the other one. and it reads 1.25 or so k ohms at closed throttle and between 4.5 and 5 at wot. what should they both read. and how do i adjust the other one.

well after adjusting tps, timing, and idle. it began to idle like normal but like i said after driving for like a minute it begines to idle rough. also while trying to keep a constant speed it kind of surges. like the clutch is slipping. i know my clutch is bad but its not that bad to where it slips at 3000 rpm.
