Pull on all vacuum lines to make sure there isnt one(this is more than likely your problem)

AFM, make sure the plug is on there correctly...and make sure the AFM itself is connected to the intake and so on :-p

I just had the same problem. My AFM went bad. The ECU cuts power to the fuel pump if it doesn't detect airflow after 5 seconds. Check your AFM plug first. To check the AFM expose the intake side of your AFM. The flapper door should swing freely and not catch. Mine was catching. I proped the flapper door open by sticking a large screwdriver in it to see if the car would stay running, it did so I removed the screwdriver, it died. Post a WTB add and get a used one for $20-30 or a new one for $680

Also take it easy on your starter. I had to replace mine after I had that problem. Wait 30 seconds between restart atempts.

If your AFM is not fairly "level" (from the door's hinge 90-degree perspective), the door will bind up on you...

Jumper the yellow check connector near the right strut tower. If she stays running then, it's definetly the AFM door switch...
