FL Idle Problem

Ok, so I am new to this and wanted to know why the idle jumps around when I first start the car and as it warms up it goes away. It usually jumps from 1000rpms to 2000 rpms and then calms down around 750 rpms after it warms up. Then when I put the a/c on it goes bellow 1000rpms and then sometimes shuts off. What could be doing that?

I have a GTU I think...Has sport suspension... I dont know much about them... But I cant understand why it fluctuates like that.. I am trying to clean it up from the inside out... The interior is being cleaned and I changed the seats to turbo II seats in red. I am looking of r internal plastic pieces and little by little putting it back to stock. Hopefully I will have everything right in order. I even put a/c in it... But the idles thing is driving me crazy.
