To start I have a 92 gxl, ALL emissions have been removed, block off plates installed, cat removed, BAC and so on. I recently installed a dual belt alt. underdrive pulley and a deep cycle blue top. I have checked the timing, and 99% sure that the emissions removal was done correctly. For some reason I'm having issues getting the idle to set properly. I've followed the shop manuel on resetting it with the jumper, and so forth. The adjustment screw on top is backed all the way out and when the engine's warm the idle doesn't go above 500 rpm. Anyone have any ideas?
