Idle adjust screw for a T2 w/o BAC?

For a T2 without the stock ECU (no variable resistor) or BAC (also has TB mod), is there another idle adjusting screw like the nonturbos have on the top of the engine? What about the "Fast Idle adjusting screw" on the throttlebody? It is mentioned in FSM page 4B-63 .

so how do all those T2's with standalones and no BAC control their idle? btw, I am running Power FC. I know an FD has a screw on the throttle body that you can adjust.
