Lol, my car has been doing some funky things like that lately, too, with the 3K cold start. Still runs well, though, so I'm not going to start digging into $hit yet...One thing that I KNOW will cause these kinds of problems is the water thermo sensor, and most of the time it's a bad connector doing it...

As long as she's running well, don't lose sleep over it...

If it was going crazy, maybe...Pull the plug off of it while she's idling at 1.3K, see what happens (it should fall a little anyway with the plug disconnected, that's normal)

A bac that is not fully seating will cause that. Pulling it's plug off probably won't make a difference .......because IT AIN'T FULLY returning to its stop when cycling. Pull it off and spray some intake cleaner into it and cycle it....blow it out.....reinstall. Just a thought. Then again, it could be another thing all together.

High Idle can be caused be a vacuum leak. Adding un-metered air is bad and can cause you to run lean. Also check your throttle cable, it should be slack.

well my car is running at 1.3k too.... took out air pump just like RXspoof
well, when i put it into gear and let it drop below 1k, the idle will go to around 800, but as soon as i press the gas and move, (then stop) the idle goes back up to 1.3k

If you can reach the throttle where the cable attaches to the throttle body and push it toward the idle position. If the Idle drops you need to losen your throttle cable.
