ideas on boosting a N/A

im thinking of putting a stock turbo II turbo and manifold on a 87 N/A engine with about 13K... Any ideas of how many pounds could i boost safely any downfalls to boosting N/A... Any specific parts i need.. any suggestions would be great help.. Thankz

just use a hair dryer, works beter (look up arroncake)
