IC Piping: Powdercoated or SS?

I have a choice for my IC piping for nearly the same price I can get my IC piping powdercoated any color or get SS. I can't decide. I'm thinking SS because of the shorter turnaround time but...anyway, any thoughts?

Powder coating will look better in the long run usually.

it's your choice though.

As far as IC piping goes, SS seems to be the standard look. I say get SS unless you are going to get matching powdercoating color with whatever color you may have been using to highlight certain parts of the engine. I know some people have like all blue anodized alum. parts so then get it blue, or something like that.

I could always get my SS powdercoated later as well....I think my mind is made but, does anyone have pics of a powdercoated setup?

ive seen it done, it looks wicked! just make sure the color goes with the rest of your paint scheem if its going to be visible from the outside of the car. if its staying hidden, go crazy!

ss is great when buffed. aluminum can be any color you want and is lighter. For me its polished aluminum all the way, looks bling but not rice, and is light
