I think I fu@$ up my turbo....help me

I was working on my car with my friend and I had the turbo and exhaust manifold out so I decided I might as well take the intake housing off the turbo to clean it. While I was working on the car I told my friend to take off the intake housing. Wow what a mistake that was. He took off the 4 bolts that connect the flat plate behind the intake housing; do you guys know what I am talking about? If you have ever taken off the intake housing you see that flat plate. Anyway I told him to put those bolts back and showed him the right bolts to take off. Well after the put the bolts back and took off the housing the wheel does not spin freely at all. I can barely spin it with my hand.

The compressor housing is crooked.
I would recommend to take ALL the bolts off (6 of them total) and reseat the compressor housing back on until the compressor wheel spins freely.
Tighten the bolts in a "star" pattern and check the compressor wheel between tightening every bolt to make sure it doesn't sieze.
