I did a lengthy and thorough search in regards to the wiperblade settings, and found a handful of answers that MAY apply, although i want to be absolutely sure about this...

My wiper blades work on Hi and Low, just not on Intermittent. Is that the same fix as the threads I found in my search with the soldering and all?

My windshield wash does not work either. there is no sound of the pump working when i press the mist, would that be related, or is it a blown pump?

all the fuses are good, aside from the power window/AAS fuse which keeps blowing because of a short somewhere along the line.
