I searched but no luck (weird problems)
Okay well im back here again because there is something always wrong with my FC.
This time i cannot get my key all the way in the drivers side lock and it wont open from the outside.
Also when I turn off my car sometimes i hear a weird backfire sound after the motor is off. It is like the sound that gas bbq or chimney makes when u just turn it on like a woosh.
Also around 3-4k rmps and boosting it like at 7-8psi the motor sounds like its chocking and then after around 4-5k rpms it starts to pick up power and zoom-zoom time (ya i just made that up lol)
Also the boost sensor thing (what u hook up a FCD to if u had one) is disconnected. Is this bad? on my RTEK 2.0 i have a curve going up to 10% around (6krpms) at 0psi since thats what the ecu reads. Im a newb to tuning please help thanks

without that sensor the car has no idea how much boost pressure your car is putting out, possibly advancing the timing too far or leaning out the engine, which equals boom.
Has for the hesitating, first, make sure the ecu is tuned right, then, make sure you have clean injectors, then, if you still have that problem, you need to reground your ecu according to the wirteup in the archive.
take the lock cylinder out and bring it to a lock smith and ask him to fix it, it may be worn and it probably needs to be lubricated.

As for the key. The lock has a small cover that moves when the key is inserted. It probably broke and is inside the lock. Try fishing it out. If you can take off the lock and just shake it out. This happend to me.
wow didnt know the boost sensor could trip out the motor im goin to autozone right now no joke.
my injectors are clean, almost new secondaries rc 750cc and cleaned out primaries (stock) with about 500 miles on them...i guess i gotta go somewhere to get it tuned. can any rotary tuner be fine for the rtek ecu or is there a specialist in the southern cali area?
ya that stupid flap on the key thing is missing. damm its gonna be a bitch takin it out if it is stuck in there
THANKS A LOT FOR THE HELP GUYS!
