Today is freezing outside. Reverse is toasted, but today I sat in the car revving the engine in reverse. Actually sounds pretty cool. I was like... this is the first time I've listened to my car in awhile. While connecting with my car, I thought to check the radiator overflow. Almost empty. Damn. Checked the oil... not bad. Tranny fluid: Full, totaly burnt though.
So... I plan tomorrow to drop the freakin thing and make my car 80 lbs lighter again.
Than wait x weeks till I get the driveline parts from the freight co. This is going to be one LONG fall w/o a car. I"ve biked to school two days. Its 40 some degrees outside and getting colder.
On the bright side of things. I'm going to have muscles like an ox. I'll have a 5spd. I'll be mobile again. I won;t be riding my bike in the snow (like I did last year during the swap.)

heh. I pulled her into the garage earlier today to start tearing her apart. I revved her up in reverse and she dropped into first all by herself. Scared the **** out of me and I nailed the brakes. She stopped about 2 inches from the garage wall. Our garage is half underground. So hitting the wall would have meant new front bumper. Whew. Last time I ever fack with an automatic so much.
