well im low on cash and my car has to be moved from my friends yard, sucks......its a t2 swaped base model all it needs is a t2 rear end, any who we do have a lsd rear end off a "vert" we were told, also that it'll hold just as good as a t2 ::cough cough bs?:: idk, i need feed back, iv searched and all i get is ratios and bullshit, i dont care what cars came with lsd, or ratios, i just need to know what i should do to move this damn car, and if i should just buy a automatic driveshaft and bolt this thing up and move!!!!! help a fellow wankeler out ppl!!!!! HELP. id like some pix of how far out the auto driveshaft sticks from the t2 tranny and if theres any way maybe id make a balanced flangto push the drive **** in more, help me out!!!!

 

A vert rear end is no different than any other na rear end.

Either get the T2 read end axles and driveshaft, or get the mazdatrix shaft.

 

why not drop the dif on the car and put a turbo drive shaft on it. as for the auto drive shaft. it does fit with an NA rear end it sticks out of the transmission quite a bit but it does work. did this on my friends TII for about 10 miles before the rear end locked up. never figured out why

I'm running the na rear still and I'd say I'm pushing 200-220 at the wheels.

I bet a driveshaft shop could make a hybrid shaft if you don't buy the mazdatrix one.

 

any pics of how far out the drive shaft will stick out? and digi 7 how long have you been driving like this and are ya pushing it?
