I need help on random problems...
I've put together a list of issues with my '88 GXL.
The rubber seals at the base of my side windows have cracked and the metal underneath has rusted...
How should I fix a rust spot on the edge of the rear wheel fender...
There are two belt wheels in my engine without a belt. Do these connect... WTF could have happened?
How can I acquire a key to my storage bins... ignition key does not work... it's the only key I was given.
Is it possible to use the factory amp in addition to an after market stereo?
The previous owner painted the entire car white. How do I take off my wrap-around trim, and what is the best way to strip it of paint.
What other options were available for the rectangular blanks located next to the suspension and power mirror switches?

The rubber seals at the base of my side windows have cracked and the metal underneath has rusted...
Mine were rusted as well. I just sanded down the metal (removed all the old black ****) taped off the window/door and spray painted them black. 5 coats of non-gloss. No rust coming back, paint hasn't faded at all. Looks 100 percent fine. CHEAP *** DOLLAR TREE spray paint mind you, no primer.
How should I fix a rust spot on the edge of the rear wheel fender...
No idea dude, not a body work kinda guy... sand it, body filler, primer and color match?

Care to be more specific? Air pump? If so... your waterpump may be slipping since only the alternator belt will be gripping it.

Goto your mazda dealer with the VIN number of your car, the title in your name, and an ID (to match title name) and they'll cut you a new key.

I think its not... and the factory amp is pretty shitty I'd think. How many watts is your new headunit? Just wire it that way for now.... get you a cheap used amp or something...

I'm guessing you're talking about the molding? Not sure about S4 moldings, but S5 moldings are all 'snap on' with 2-sided tape on there as well.

Wha? What do you mean "other options" Is there a physical hole there, or you talking about a black "plate" there where a switch should go? I think thats used for fog-lights...
