Unhappy I need help i think i just blew my motor!!!!

I was driving in 3rd around 35mph and then theres a loud "POP" and the car was running like **** and backfiring ect... totally under powered... if i floor it in neutral it holds at like 4K... i barely got up this very slight incline in 1st floored, lik ei said way under powered... if i let it idle it drope to like 600rpm(always idled at 1200rpm) and knocks and pings and shakes VIOLENTLY and rattles the entire car... it also sounds like the exhaust is baffled now that this happend... could it be related to clogged cats?? i need help fast guys.. please give me info.. thanks Dave

pull the plug wires from one of the rotors at a time while its idling and see if it cahnges the idle. If it doesnt-thats bad.

It sounds like you broke an apex seal Also you can remove the plugs and crank the engine around and if it doesnt spit evenly... R.I.P

well in the past 4hours i have torn the car apart and discoverd a hole the size of a dime in the fuel line b4 the primary rail... guess that explains why it was running like crap it was getting no fuel and running super lean... if this doesnt fix the problem i will try what you guys recommended.. thanks for the help..
