I Need Help In Colorado!!
Hey guys, I need some help from you colorado boys. A few weeks ago i saw a post for an AFC on www.thepartstrader.com. I sent him a money order for $250 with priority mail (deliver confirmation). I know the guy received the money order since I had delivery confirmation and I know the guy cashed it cause I asked my bank. He doesn't respond to my emails anymore (actually, I think he changed his email addy cause the emails are getting refused now). I was supposed to received it 1-day shipping, so a 1.5 weeks is a little long. I have his IP addresses for each email and his account was through AOL so hopefully I can get him. I was wondering if anyone lives near Englewood, CO? If so, I have an address... maybe someone, or a large group of people, could go visit him and maybe break some kneecaps?
Thanks
Aaron
*Edit*: Ooops.... i was gonna post this in the lounge... if you mods wanna move it there, go right ahead. Anyone in the 2nd gen forum is aloud to help me though
Thanks

1) Since parts of this transaction was done over the U.S. Postal Service, threaten the seller you'll file an initiation of investigation of mail fraud.  Remind them it's a federal offense.  Any part of a transaction that uses the U.S. Postal Service is deemed under the authority of the federal government (i.e. USPS).  You can file an initiation of investigation of mail fraud at the local post office.
2) The FBI has started a website just for fraud complaints.
https://www.ifccfbi.gov/
This normally scares most thiefs into doing something.
