I need help clarifying things, S5 TII emissions/rats nest delete. Help!
Hey Guys, I've been searching all around, finding mostly S4 TII info and that doesn't help me as far as I can tell. I've removed my Rats nest and reassembled everything on the engine, but I screwed up and didn't hook the primary air bleeds back up. I just capped the nipple.
MY car is an original 91' Turbo.
I also did not hook my BOV back up.
I followed LunchBoxCritters diagram here, I kept the IAC like he did:

I have a few questions,
Is it necessary for the Primary injector bleeds to be hooked up? If it is, can I just T them in with the Secondary injector bleed vacuum line?
I pulled vacuum Boost for the Pressure sensor from the nipple on the UIM under the IAC. Can I T my BOV in with that line, or should I do it from the nipple on the charge side of the turbo compressor with the feed line to my boost controller?
Also, to clarify for future reference if someone searches and finds this, what is the layout of the vac nipples on the USDM S5 TII TB?
Front side
1.?
2.?
3.?
Rear(Firewall Side)
1. Metered air?
2. Oil injector air splitter
3. Vacuum/Boost?
4. Thermowax(Goes back to TB)?
Even though I blocked off the oil injectors, and OMP, it's going to be a bitch if I have to go back in and hook up the Primary air bleed.
Thanks in advance for your help.

A tee for the BOV vacuum line would be fine. Or you can install an NPT fitting in your ACV block-off plate where the nipple for the boost sensor would normally be. Just make sure you get the right passage. At least one of the nipples on the front side of the UIM (at TB) is a vac source, which would be yet another option.

Just tee into the secondary bleeds. They get a metered air source.

I guess I'll steal vacuum for the BOV from the capped fitting on the back of the TB while I'm at it!
I'm still curios what nipples do what on the front of the TB if anyone can help with that.
Look at the diagram. 1 goes to the solenoid switch, the purge control valve, and the ACV. You can cap them off since you deleted all that stuff. I believe the top nipple is vacuum, so you can use that for something if you need.
