I Need Help, Car Smokes Still...

Ok, 2 months ago... i had the car taken into a shop that was recommended to be good with rotary engines... They go through the whole hoopla of replacing various gaskets and seals... Before that, my car was smoking really bad. I come to a stoplight... and it would just start smoking. Idle is terrible, sometimes it stays at 1400rpm, sometimes it drops down to 200rpm. After they fixed everything, the car ran fine again... for two months... Now it's starting to smoke up again, and the engine is running very rough. I can't locate the source of the smoke (white), but its towards the back of the engine. I'm not really all that good at technicality, but i would appreciate it if someone would help me. And yes, i would've searched... but search is disabled, so please help me. Thanks.
-Larry

edit- i forgot to mention that it's not consuming any oil whatsoever. 2500 miles since the fix, and its still at F.

white smoke = gas right? Running rich possibly?

Also, is your airpump hooked up and functioning (the little tube that goes into the catalytic converter.

Finally, how many miles are on your catalytic converters?

There is probally a loose hose or something to that effect. Does everything appear to be hooked up? Any cracked hoses?
