i just got my first rx-7..need help

wasawp guys..umm im 16 years old and i just got my first rx-7..i just love my car..i noe im a noob on dis but im learning..i read som of other ppl's post and its good..you guys noe ur shet agout rotary..and i hope to be as good as you guys.. my car is 89 GTU nonturbo..umm i need help..ok umm da mileage is about 160k and i noe its bad..soo umm wat do you guys think i should do..first of all i change da oil,got new spark plugs,new thermostat,new water pump..soo yeah..it was hella hard for cuz i didnt noe wat i was doing soo i was just wingin it..soo umm plz help me..umm wat to do to make my car better..som advice would be gladly appreciated

first of all speaking english helps a pretty good amount....

second lets get some pics of the car...

third change all fluids

and last search before you post and check the FAQ for simple questions

My first suggestion is to type in proper sentences, using correct punctuation and spelling. That is going to make it a lot easier for others to be able to understand what you are asking, and makes it more likely that you will get useful replies.

For new owner information, first take a look at http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/newowner.htm

As that page recommends, the first task is a complete tuneup and inspection of the car. First correct all the little problems and make sure the car is operating at 100%, then you can modify if you like.

Im sorry about the bad english. Thank you for the replys. I have a question, is there any thing that i need to replace because i know that my motor is not going to last (more then 160k of mileage) . I dont have the money for a rebuild. So please let me know.

Nice- good info!

You answered some of the questions i had about my car too, aaron. Good link- i knew some of the stuff already, but not all of it. i'm also 16 and i just got my first car/ RX-7 its a white 91 N/A

well to be honest man, this isn't the type of car you should buy if you can't afford to fix it, 160k on a motor about average but it'll need a rebuild in the next 10k possibly
