I just got the answer for my problems at Summit

Grindage from 1st to 2nd when cold.solved.3 quarts of Redline fluid.

Temp needle would get as hot as %50.solved.water wetter

In my personal experience, Red Line oil is a band-aid. I have used it twice and yes it cure the problem momentarily.
