Question I hope I don't sound like an idiot...

Hi my name's Chris and I bought an 86 n/a FC and thanx to this site I was able to find out it had blown coolant seals... I tried to live with the buzzer but after a few months usin it as a daily driver I couldn't stand it.. so I started lookin for new engines and I found another FC in very poor condition but it had a rebuilt engine... so long story short (thanx to you all) I was actually able to take out the bad 13B and put in the rebuilt 13B entirely by myself... and now I'm left with a bad 13B to play with... I feel like I've learned quite a bit about these engines and I'm really lovin them. So, I would like to take my bad engine and completely clean it up and port it but I'd prefer to put money into a TII rather than just an n/a.. so here's my question:

Is it possible to take a 13B and just slap on a different intake and upgrade a few other parts to make it a TII? or is it completely out of the question?

again... I hope I don't sound like an idiot but for some reason it seems like it would be a fairly simple and possible job...

and even if you can't help me thanx for takin the time to read this :]

The biggest difference between a T2 block and N/A is T2 has lower compression rotors. If you just slap the T2 manifolds on a n/a block you wont be able to run as much boost before it starts to be predetonate.

There are also other differences like 4 port and 6 port intake and yadda yadda yadda.....

EDIT: Great username you got there!!!
